美佳尼尔 Meganyl HS型(荧光染料)

美佳尼尔® HS是具有荧光的酸性染料，主要应用于锦纶材质的警示服装及运动鞋材，以及羊毛制品的染色。
The Meganyl® HS dyes are acid dyes with fluorescence. It is mainly used for cautionary clothing，sports shoes made of polyamide and wool products.

·染色工艺/Dyeing process
A: 0.5～1% 匀染剂HS-8602/ Levelling agent HS-8602
0～10% 硫酸钠/ Sodium sulfate
pH：3～4 （pH值用醋酸/甲酸调节/ Adjust pH with acetic acid/Formic acid)
B： X% 美佳尼尔® HS染料/ Meganyl® HS dyes

·固色工艺/Fixing process
C:为了提高染色织物的湿牢度，特别是60℃的湿牢度，必要时进行固色处理
In order to improve the wet fastness of dyed fabrics, especially the wet fastness at 60℃, it is need to fix the color when necessary.

固色剂 HS～5188/ Fixing agent HS-5188: 1～4%（根据颜色深浅）/(according to the color depth)
